Marco Silva will find it difficult to turn things around at Everton, says Kevin Campbell

Kevin Campbell considers it is difficult to find a way back to Marco Silva after Evertons detrimental loss at home to Norwich.
A sixth defeat in nine league matches renders the Toffees four points above the relegation zone having a month of fittings to come.
Following a range of supporters stagedsacked at the afternoon at the end of this Norwich conquer, former Everton ahead Campbell does not believe there is a way back for the Portuguese boss.
The writing on the walls, you have got to be realistic and also hold up your hands – if the undertaking or plan aint working then there is no harm in rejigging the plan, Kevin Campbell told Sky Sports News.
Do you keep allowing it hurtle towards the walls or do you divert it and start making things happen?
Thats exactly what the club finally going to need to do and its going to require some strong leadership at the very top and an element of ruthlessness.
Its very tricky to return from this and I really dont see just how hes (Marco Silva) likely to do it.
Campbell also believes a good deal of the fans anger is on account of the manner of performances as much as the beats themselves.
Back end of the last time the team began to gel, as well as the fans began to observe just a bit of development, Campbell added.
However, for some reason that it hasnt got going this year and in fact its actually begun to regress.
Theyve not been playing character – its 1 thing losing but its exactly the way theyre losing and the absence of personality from the players is the reason why the anger is there from the fans.
